Join Yoga Bliss today for only $29 for your first two weeks. Throughout your first 14 days, take as many classes as you’d like.
Arrive 10 minutes early, well-hydrated and on an empty stomach. Wear comfortable workout clothing to stretch and move easily in. Yoga mat and all props are provided for you. Let your instructor know it’s your first class. They will show you around the studio, welcome you with a smile, and help you set up!
Arrive early (because we lock our doors when class begins). The studio is a sanctuary, so please talk and socialize quietly. Listen carefully and hear new insights every class.
