The Classical, honoring tradition with Primary & Intermediate Series employing the Tristana method (Breath/Pranayama, Posture/Asana, Gaze/Drishti).

Rocket:

The Classical Remixed, rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, but embraces a progressive approach (“no bind, no problem”), freedom in sequencing, and an emphasis on inversion practice to flush and stimulate body and mind.
