It is our honor and privilege to share the gift of yoga with you! Our endeavor is to create a space that is positive, safe, and healing. Yoga is a powerful way to heal the body, mind, and spirit. Developed in India over thousands of years-- yoga is structured in a scientific, systematic way to cleanse, calm, and purify the mind and body.
We offer beginners and mixed level classes. All classes are drop-in. Sign up online! Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early before class starts.
