Jill

Jill has been a yoga practitioner for over 30 years and a registered yoga teacher since 2007.  She is a teacher's teacher:  assisting with yoga teacher trainings with a particular focus on Ayurveda and yoga philosophy.  She has taught at schools (nursery school through middle school), yoga studios, assisted living homes, hospitals, and private homes throughout the area.  Her vinyasa flow style classes are well-rounded with challenging sequences that incorporate thoughtful cues, energizing music, and careful attention to alignment and breath.  Her classes are often described as being both physically demanding and soothing with plenty of options for arm balances, inversions, or taking breaks in restorative poses.
