Kevin is a devoted student, teacher and listener of the human experience. He relates with communities and practices through a lense of curiosity, intending on synergizing with each individual and community through developing inner awareness and collective reflection.
He was drawn to the practices of yoga, massage and dance therapies after beginning his healing from a spinal infection in 2009. Thirteen years later, he has explored many different movement and healing modalities as a way to strengthen his connection to body, mind and spirit.
After continuing the healing of his spine among other injuries in college, he continued learning Yoga at Kripalu Yoga Center in 2013, while paving his movement path as a yogi and personal trainer. He found a depth of passion and gratitude through sharing Yoga and his movement/healing journey. Dance made its way into his life as he discovered Conscious Dance communities (5 Rhythms and Ecstatic Dance) leading his body to other ways of entering the inner landscape of emotion and spirit. He gained greater respect for the deeply embedded messages living inside and decided to study Massage Therapy at Central Maryland School of Massage in 2017. He has continued digging in through the Acroyoga, Somatic Experiencing and Mankind Project communities.
