Nooshen

Nooshen received her first of three 200-hour yoga teacher certifications in 2007. Since then she also received her 300-hour yoga teacher certification. All of these trainings have informed her teaching focus on healthy alignment leading to lengthening and strengthening of muscles, breathwork, mindfulness, and philosophy. Her vinyasa yoga classes involve vibrant playlists, strong and fun sequencing with mindfulness, breath-cuing, and philosophy woven throughout. Nooshen aims to have students leave her class with a deep sense of inner peace, strength, and happiness.
