Vanessa (200-RYT) is a passionate yoga instructor and practitioner. She has been practicing yoga for over 6 years. She was called to the path of yoga after understanding the importance of healing and letting go. She is energetic, loving, and inviting, with a consciousness-oriented teaching approach. She is constantly inspired by the mind, body, and spiritual connection yoga can help provide. Due to her love for teaching and children, she studied Early Childhood Education in college. On a quest for more knowledge about the body, she shifted gears to study kinesiology and public health at the University of Maryland in College Park. With all of this newfound knowledge, she relies on detailed specific cues to incorporate and teach mind & muscle connection. Fascinated with learning about the anatomical physiology, she hopes to provide a safe space for her students to express themselves through practice.
