My yoga journey began after two decades of dedicated athletic pursuits, including trail running, kickboxing, and HIIT training. I initially turned to yoga to address my increasingly tight hips, but little did I know that yoga would not only help with my physical flexibility but also transform me mentally and spiritually.


As I deepened my practice, I had the privilege of being guided and mentored by several inspiring teachers, including Jesse Cassady, Mimi Reiger, Freddy Margolis, and Stephanie Rosenblatt.


I teach and practice an Ashtanga-inspired vinyasa style. My classes are challenging yet playful and fluid, always focused on breath and set to a powerful music soundtrack. I believe that we begin a yoga practice "as we are," and through the union of breath and movement, we can uncover and truly become “who we already are and to know what we already know.”
