Hatha yoga classes are alignment focused and slower in pace. Perfect for those brand new to yoga!

slow flow, Yin, & Restorative

Slow flow classes are great for beginner’s with gently guided breathing and opening of the whole body.

  • Tuesday 8:00 PM - Candlelight Warm Flow + Yin w/ Kevin

  • Snday 7:30 PM - Guided Meditation & Vibrational Sound Healing w/ Tina (Only 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month. This is just meditation, no physical yoga postures are practiced.)
