Hatha classes
Hatha yoga classes are alignment focused and slower in pace. Perfect for those brand new to yoga!

slow flow, Yin, & Restorative
Slow flow classes are great for beginner’s with gently guided breathing and opening of the whole body.
- Monday 8:00 PM - Candlelight Slow Flow and Aromatherapy w/ Maureen
- Tuesday 10:00 AM - Slow Flow w/ Braja
- Tuesday 8:00 PM - Candlelight Warm Flow + Yin w/ Kevin
- Wednesday 12:15 PM - Mat Pilates w/ Sabina
- Thursday 8:00 PM - Slow Flow + Yin w/ Jessie
- Friday 4:30 PM - Slow Flow + Yin w/ Kevin
- Sunday 2:30 PM - Restorative Yoga + Thai Massage w/ Maureen
- Sunday 4:00 PM - Yin w/ Tiffany
- Sunday 6:00 PM - Candlelight Slow Flow w/ Emily + Dorianne
- Snday 7:30 PM - Guided Meditation & Vibrational Sound Healing w/ Tina (Only 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month. This is just meditation, no physical yoga postures are practiced.)
