The plan below outlines for you our standards of health and safety, as well as new procedures and policies that you need to know about before you come see us.

NEW PROCEDURES

  • REGISTRATION: All participants are REQUIRED to pre-register online for in-studio and outdoor classes. No walk-ins are permitted.

  • CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your registration, we request that you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class. This allows us to offer your spot to another practitioner. If you cancel after 12 hours, you will lose your class and automatically incur a $25 late cancel/no show fee.

  • REFUND POLICY: All sales are final. Class packages may be gifted to others. Class packages may be shared with one person only.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • SIZE OF CLASSES: At this time, class size will be limited with mats 6 feet apart.

  • PLACEMENT OF MATS: Safe distancing practices are in order. Our floor is marked off to ensure that mats are 6 feet apart. Students will line up the upper right corner of their mat with the L shape tape.

  • YOGA INSTRUCTORS: Once class begins, instructors will remain in one spot in the front of the room and instructors will not provide any hands on assists at this time.

HYGIENE PROTOCOLS

  • TEMPERATURE SCREENING: Upon entry into our yoga studio, all participants will undergo a brief temperature screening with our no-contact thermometers. This will ensure that no participants in the yoga room are showing signs of a fever.

  • PPE: Masks or face coverings are required for yoga per Maryland guidelines.

  • PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Please take your shoes off before entering our studio. Please bring minimal items into the studio. Your items will be placed by your mat spot.

  • YOGA PROPS: Participants are encouraged to bring their own pair of yoga blocks to class with them. Our bolsters, blankets, straps and mats are off limits until further notice. Students MUST bring a yoga mat to class with them. We also suggest bringing a towel.

  • SURFACES: Our efforts to keep our studio germ free include cleaning and sanitizing countertops, door handles, bathroom fixtures, yoga floors, shelves, and often-touched areas every day. We encourage you to wash or sanitize your hands before and after class.

  • AIR PURIFICATION: There will be two high quality air purifiers/sanitizers placed in our yoga room. Each air purifier features a HEPA filter that captures 99.97% of dust and allergens. In addition, between each class and at night we will turn on the UV-C light which kills airborn germs, while the charcoal filter captures odors.

If you currently experiencing any coughing, shortness of breath, chills, body aches, headache, sore throat, loss of smell/taste, diarrhea, fever (100+ degrees) or have been in recent close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID 19, we advise you to remain at home.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
